COLLECTION NOTES
Prepare puncture site as for surgical incision. Inoculate into both :
1. A sterile container,
and
2. A TB blood culture bottle.
GENERAL NOTES
If the volume of bone marrow is small send to the laboratory in the sterile saline container only.
